Thank you for shopping with us! If there are any issues with your purchase, we are here to make that right for you. Please take a peek at our return and refund policies below:

1. Returns 

You have FOURTEEN (14) calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt of your original order. 

 

After you've contacted us and we know your item is coming back, please know that any item returned to us must be in its original packaging, and in unused and unworn condition. This includes all original documents, boxes, and packaging, with the tags attached to the merchandise. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, and that a fee will be assessed to re-ship a new item if need be. Those items should be returned to PO Box 215 Cedar MI 49621.

 

Upon receipt, we will inspect your item to confirm that it is unused and in original packaging. (We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, boxes, etc.) If we do need to return the items back to you, you the customer, will be billed for shipping expenses.

 

2. Exchanges

Please allow extra time for most all exchanges. Not all items are stocked in house, some are special orders or have minimum purchasing orders on our end. Any special order or designer items cannot be re-ordered until we have received your returned merchandise and have verified it to be exchangeable.


3. Refunds 

After we receive your item back, we will let you know the status of your refund after making sure it meets our returned in original condition policy. If approve, we will refund, less your shipping charges, back to your original payment method. Typically, you would see your credit within 5-7 business days from the date the refund was issued, unless your card issuing bank takes longer (there are a few that take up to 3 weeks).


3. Return/Exchange Shipping 

In most cases, you are responsible for shipping the item back for a return. Depending on the case, your shipping may be covered for an exchange. This will be determined in our correspondence about your need for exchange.

Domestic Shipping charges will apply to shipments within the continental United States. FREE SHIPPING, if applicable, only applies to shipments within the United States. No COD shipments. International Shipping may have an up-charge for most items. All items are shipped via USPS, most shipped Priority to provide a tracking number.


1.  Shipping on Stocked Items

Please allow 5-7 business days to be shipped from us directly, or in some instances, the manufacturer. After an order has been shipped, it will be delivered to it's destination within 2-6 business days. Therefore, any order placed can take up to 14 days to be received as stated on the order confirmation page and on your credit card receipt. 


2.  Delivery Liability

Most shipments reach their destination without incident, but we have no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. Therefore, we are not liable for any lost or delayed packages. Additionally, we disclaim any and all liability for any carrier failing to adhere to delivery days and times. In the unfortunate situation that you are having trouble with the carrier, please call or send us an email so we can help you with the problem.


3.  Estimated Delivery Time

All estimated delivery days are based on business days. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise indicated by the carrier.
